On Thursday, October 29, 2020, Bishop Michel Kassarji, Primate of the Chaldean Church in Lebanon received Professor Melhem Khalaf, President of the Lebanese Bar Association, at the Bishopric in Baabda, in the presence of Monsignor Raphael Traboulsi, the Episcopal Vicar General.
The meeting discussed the economic and social crisis in Lebanon and the role of the Chaldean Church and its activities in the political and social fields.
Professor Khalaf presented to His Excellency a draft of a rescue road map for the Lebanese crisis, which is an initiative of the Lebanese Bar Association.
