On June 18, 2021, Deacon Raphael Koupaly, Director of the Centre of Our Lady of the Divine Mercy, Mrs. Fabienne Lahlouh Hakim, President of the Chaldean Charitable Society in Lebanon (CCSL), and Ms. Mira Kassarji, Media Officer of the Chaldean Diocese of Beirut, completed a training course on fundraising and charitable projects financing in partnership with the ODCC Foundation.
