On August 22, 2021, the Chaldean diocese of Beirut received the icon of the Holy Family, which contains a munition from the house of Joseph and Mary in Nazareth, and which came from the Holy Land to travel to Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and Iraq during the current year of St. Joseph. Monsignor Raphael Traboulsi celebrated the Divine Liturgy in the presence of the icon at ten o’clock, in which, he delivered a sermon on the meanings of the visit. Afterward, Mrs. Suzy El Hajj, the responsible for the program of passing the icon on all Catholic dioceses in Lebanon, held a speech regarding the munition’s visits. After the mass, the act of consecration of the Middle East to the Holy Family, which was composed by His Beatitude Patriarch Mar Louis Raphael Sako, been recited, aside from the procession of the Virgin that been sung, and everyone was blessed of the holy relics.
