On January 16th, 2022:
Under the slogan: ‘For we have seen His star in the East and have come to worship Him.’(matthew2:2); the primate of the Chaldean church in Lebanon, Bishop Michel Kassarji, and Monsignor Raphael Traboulsi participated in the opening week of prayer for the Christian unity launched by the Middle East council of Churches under the supervision of the pontifical council for the enhancement of Christian consolidation and the world council of churches at Saint Elias and Saint Gregory Armenian Catholic Cathedral in Beirut.
His eminence Patriarch Raphael Bedros XXI chaired the ceremony along with several Patriarchs and their delegates through the participation of the head priests, monks, deacons and believers. All united, they beseeched God to give his people the blessing of the unity.
