Monsignor Raphael Traboulsi represented the primate of the Chaldean church in Lebanon, Bishop Michel Kassarji, during the honoring ceremony of the lawyer Mr. Ibrahim Traboulsi at 5pm at Rabwa meeting center; where the latter was privileged, on behalf of his Excellency Pope Francis, by both the papal ambassador in Lebanon, Bishop Joseph Spitry, and his eminence Patriarch Youssef El Abssi, an accolade of Saint Gregory as an acknowledgement of merit for his efforts at the Ecclesiastical judicial service since 50 years.
