On July 14, 2019, at the invitation of the French ambassador to Lebanon, Mr. Bruno Fouchet, the head of the Chaldean Church in Lebanon, Bishop Michel Kassarji, participated in the annual celebration, on the French National Day in the Pine Palace in Beirut. Deacon Raphael Paul Koupaly, Director of the Social Center of Our Lady of the Divine Mercy, and Marie Lamaa, Coordinator of the French Social and Health Program, accompanied him.
