On September 12, 2021, the Chaldean Archangel Raphael’s Cathedral celebrated the feast of the Exaltation of the Holy and Life-giving Cross. The Divine Liturgy was presided over by Father Rabban Bakos, the Custodian of St Pethion Parish in Baghdad, with the assistance of Monsignor Raphael Traboulsi, with the participation of the members of the sect. After the evangelical recitation, Father Bakos gave a speech that enlightened the true meanings of the occasion. Right after the fathers lit the torch of the cross in participation with the parish’s children, the two brothers Atheer and Khaled Fawzi were honored for their diocese service for many years.
