On Tuesday 22/2/2021, Monsignor Raphael Traboulsi received a delegation from the Saint Rafqa Association for Hope and Mercy, headed by Khaled Bou Younes.
Monsignor Traboulsi thanked the association for its permanent assistance to the Chaldean Diocese of Beirut, and praised the efforts of Father Andre Mehanna. Ways of developing this fruitful cooperation were discussed, especially during the Lent period.
