On May 23, 2021, Bishop Michel Kassarji, primate of the Chaldean Church in Lebanon, assisted by Mgr. Raphael Traboulsi and Father Youssef Khaled, celebrated the Holy Mass in the Archangel Raphael Cathedral in Baabda, on the occasion of the Holy Feast of Pentecost. During the Mass, Brother Danny (Daniel) Chiba was raised to the rank of Sub-Deacon.
Bishop Kassarji delivered a speech following the Gospel, emphasizing the significance of the diaconate service and its relation to the advent of the Holy Spirit on the Apostles and on all the baptized.
